Massage with Reiki
A deeply therapeutic and relaxing combination of Massage and Reiki** to facilitate clearing and healing. Approximately 60 minute relaxation massage with the expert addition of 30 minutes of Reiki. The Reiki may be done either before, during or after the massage depending on the therapist/Reiki Master.
**Reiki is a Traditional Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual healing. It promotes a deeply relaxed state, relief from pain, and an overall sense of well-being.
Massage with Reflexology
A deeply therapeutic combination of Massage and Reflexology* to relax and facilitate clearing and healing. Approximately 60 minute relaxation massage with the expert addition of 30 minutes of reflexology.
*Reflexology is most commonly performed on the feet to facilitate the release of older patterns and stuck energy. It can also allow a skilled practitioner to work remotely on an area of the body not available for more direct work (for example-if an area is too sore to tolerate deeper massage, or if contraindicated due to injury or recent surgery).Some practitioners may work on hands or ears-be sure to ask if you have a specific need or request.
