Credit Card Policy

To book an appointment we require a credit card to hold your reservation. This is required both when you book online or call in to schedule an appointment. Your credit card is stored on a secure server and we do not have access to your number. Your card will not be charged unless you violate our cancellation policy. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.



- The cancellation policy applies to all member and non-member appointments.

- Appointments may be canceled without charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

- Between 12 hours and before 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time, clients may cancel for 50% of the original (non-discounted) price of...



From time to time we offer special discounts. Discounts, other than our published promotions, only apply to full-priced treatments and services. SpaFinder, SpaWeek and SpaWish cards cannot be used for discounted services.


SpaFinder and SpaWeek Gift Cards

We are happy to accept SpaFinder and SpaWeek gift cards. Due to the extremely high percentage that these companies take for the privilege of accepting said cards, which is 20% for SpaFinder/SpaWish, we will only accept them for full-priced services. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Sonoran Serenity Spa Gift Cards and Certificates

Our gift cards/certificates will always be accepted for any treatment, service or product. They are like cash.
