A deeply therapeutic combination of Massage and Reflexology* to relax and facilitate clearing and healing. Approximately 60 minute relaxation massage with the expert addition of 30 minutes of reflexology.

*Reflexology is most commonly performed on the feet to facilitate the release of older patterns and stuck energy. It can also allow a skilled practitioner to work remotely on an area of the body not available for more direct work (for example-if an area is too sore to tolerate deeper massage, or if contraindicated due to injury or recent surgery). Some practitioners may work on hands or ears-be sure to ask if you have a specific need or request.

Upgrade to couple's massage for $10 per person.

Note: If you are pregnant, we can do the prenatal massage (+$20). Please indicate this when booking as not all massage therapists are certified in prenatal massage. Deep Tissue/Therapeutic massage is available with certain practitioners for a $20 charge. Please indicate this when booking as not all therapists do this service.
